Steven Paul
Steven Paul began his career in the aircraft refueler manufacturing industry as a young man working in the family business. From there, he learned and worked every position in the company before eventually becoming President & CEO.
Today, Steven invests his time serving customers, developing partnerships with key suppliers and providing guidance to the management team. His entire professional life has been devoted to supporting the community of aircraft fueling operators, including airlines, in-to-plane contractors, fixed based operators, oil companies, fuel marketers, cargo companies, military organizations and corporate flight departments.
As part of the ownership group of SkyMark, Steven is committed to keeping SkyMark permanently at the top of the airplane refueling industry - whatever it takes.

Jose Molina
Jose has an extensive academic background which includes a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. His skills and abilities include sales, marketing, finance and supply chain management. Jose's 20-year career in the fueling industry in addition to his bilingualism and in-depth knowledge of the international market, makes him an essential part of the SkyMark’s global operations.

Marty Pelkey
Marty Pelkey joins the Skymark team bringing with him 27 years of experience.
Marty will lead Skymark's International Operations in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa region.
He will play a fundamental role in the development of the company’s ongoing expansion and growth into emerging markets.
Before joining Skymark in October of 2020, Marty served as Director of International Sales for 11 years and Director of Military and Government sales for 16 years where he was instrumental in the development of those programs.
His experience in export and travels to over 40 countries will complement the challenges one faces when dealing with different cultures and languages and will bring added value to Skymark Refuelers.

David Price
David Price, a manufacturing and technology expert, began his career in heavy manufacturing at Armco Steel Company where he worked in different technical and management roles. With his passion to work in the fields of manufacturing and technology, he was able to lead Watcher Electric Company, a small electrical firm in Kansas City, and made it into one of the largest in the city. David always had a desire to have a company of his own and thus invested in Brown Industries LLC, where he was able to get a successful turnaround. Later, he joined DeBruce Manufacturing Group where he not only acquired but was also able to merge three manufacturing companies into one.
David has a sound academic and professional background, which is evident in his work. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electricity / Electronics Technology. He also has a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Management from the University of Central Missouri. The professional knowledge ranges from working 20 years in the electrical construction industry and another 10 years of direct experience in manufacturing. David is also a member of the YPO and has served as the Chairman of the Board of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Heart of America Chapter.

Scott Burton
Scott Burton's 30-year career in aviation began as a junior assembly technician building aircraft refueler trucks. Today he leads the Customer Service department of the largest aircraft refueler manufacturer in the world. Along the way, Scott has been a production supervisor, plant manager, quality assurance manager and materials manager.
As a pilot and certified flight instructor, Scott has a deep appreciation of the importance of our product and the role we play in aviation safety. His experience, expertise, and authentic concern for our product safety influences everything we do.
Under Scott’s leadership, every production technician is made a professional. Unlike mass-produced repetitively manufactured products, our aircraft refuelers are hand crafted – a practice that relies on integrity, care, and professionalism.

Joe Spoon
Joe Spoon began in the aircraft refueler industry 25 years ago as a shop foreman. Before that, he had a 10-year career managing a truck service center.
Joe directs the operations of our manufacturing plant in Findlay, Ohio where we exclusively build our complex wide-body refueling tankers and hydrant dispensers, and where we provide overhaul services for our customers’ existing fleets of aircraft refuelers. Over the years, Joe has become widely known as our industry’s “best-in-class” provider of aircraft refueler overhaul, refurbishment, and repair services.
The Findlay operation features 35,000 square feet of production space, a climate-controlled test facility, and many of the most experienced assembly technicians in the world.

Eric Ferguson
Eric Ferguson has spent his entire professional career as an aircraft refueler engineer. Over the past 10 years, Eric has designed and engineered countless refuelers for customers in the United States, South America, Central America, Asia , Africa, and throughout the Middle East.
Customers regularly pay Eric the highest of all complements when they request that he personally engineer their projects. They also count on Eric to provide amazing post-delivery technical support for years to come whenever the need may arise.
Notwithstanding his advanced technical abilities and breadth of experience, Eric knows how to listen to his customers and equipment operators. He respects his customers as the final authority regarding their equipment requirements. His goal is to thoroughly learn and understand what those requirements are, offer his knowledge, and make sure the end product is perfect in every way. For Eric, it's a passion to provide customers exactly what they expect.
